Michael Mick is a Atlanta native who was raised in Portageville, Missouri and Hayti, Missouri. Michael Mick came from a hectic home. His mother used to work a lot and his father was either in jail or prison continuously. He says that he doesn't know any of his family and was abused by his babysitter everyday or picked on in school physically. His big brother used to get sexually harrassed orally almost everyday by his cousins or uncle. He was young and quiet and never knew that they were doing these things to his brother because they would send him outside or he'd be watching Michael Jackson or Tupac. He says that everday he'd wake up saying that he would meet Michael Jackson or Tupac one day. Since the age of three his first time listening to a caucasion persons song was with his mom on their way to Hayti, Missouri to drop him and his brother off at their grandma's house, which he said she did often. The song was called "How Do I Live Without You" by Leanne Rimes. His grandma raised him and his brother in the church. He says that his dad is the one who inspired him to make music. His father told him stories about his rap battles and gave him his rap book and he also in that time studied out of a dictionay for a year. He says that he only listens to country music or soft rock music, but he loves to rap that's why music pretty much is his life. In quote he says, "I don't think of music. It's written in my dreams and I wake up and write it on paper. I'm a Tupac (life rapper), Soulja Boy (entrepreneur skills), Michael Jackson (vocal attraction), with a mix of country, and soft rock kind of rap artist.  I love competition I have goals I want and I'm going for them in any way I can! I wanna be an "icon" and change the world and make history! Powerful life story right? Want to hear more and learn more about this artist? Visit his Facebook Account and Youtube Channel!
